EVSU Learns SPSS

Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU) coordinated with Strategic Research and Development Center, Inc. (STRAND-Asia) in holding a program for its faculty and staff on July 26, 2011 at the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Computer Laboratory.

The seminar, entitled “Orientation Seminar of Licensed Statistical Packages for Social Sciences,” provided the participants with basic knowledge in IBM-SPSS and several applications in academic research and administrative planning. 15 representatives of different colleges attended the seminar. Ms. Jewel Brosas and Mr. Ryan Aga discussed both quantitative and qualitative analyses using IBM-SPSS.
